Ikot ekpene defeated Etim Ekpo to book a place in the final while Ikot Abasi defeated Eastern Obolo via penalties to equally booked a place in the final. Etim Ekpo and Eastern Obolo will now play for 3rd place( loser's trophy).

Ikot Abasi also defeated Etinan LGA via penalties While Eastern Obolo edged passed Hill FC 1nil.
