2019: OBONG EMMANUEL UKPONG-UDO REITERATES ON MANIFESTO, APPEALS FOR UNITY Mkpoikana-Abasi 2019, a campaign organization projecting the aspiration of Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-Udo for Ikono/INI Federal Constituency, has reiterated on its political manifesto for the 2019 general elections. The campaign organization, through its manifesto, dated 9th October 2018, revealed that Obong Ukpong-Udo will be running for the Ikono/INI federal seat on the platform of of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
